1. About these terms

These terms apply when you visit shadeday.com or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Shadeday.

2. Our product

Shadeday is a color shampoo for gray hair, for external cosmetic use only. Results depend on your natural color, hair type, how much gray you have and how long you leave it on. Shades on screen may look slightly different in real life.

3. Safety

  • This product contains ingredients that may irritate the skin of some people. Before every use, patch test: dab a little product behind your ear and wait 48 hours. If you notice itching, redness, burning or swelling, do not use the product.
  • Never use it to dye eyebrows or eyelashes. Doing so may cause serious eye injury, including blindness. Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse them right away with plenty of water.
  • Do not use on an irritated, broken or damaged scalp, or if you have ever had a reaction to a hair color product.
  • Stop using the product and rinse it off if irritation occurs during or after use. Seek medical advice if it does not settle.
  • Keep out of reach of children. Not for use on children.

4. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. Offers such as Buy 2, Get 1 Free apply as shown in your cart. If a price or product description contains an error, we may correct it and cancel any affected order with a full refund.

5. Payment

Payments are handled by secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

All text, images and branding on this website belong to Shadeday and may not be copied without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where our operating company is registered.
